It is a very cozy place with excellent transit (Bus line 5; Tram line 62, 62A, 69; freeway M3) and all kind of facilities in the area (close to Budapest Metropolitan University). This room is located in a house with a little backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and the security is second to none. High speed internet, cable tv and other utilities are included in the renting fee. You are welcome to use all the common areas (kitchen, washroom, etc.) and also can ask for my help with anything that is new or unknown for you in the country. The apartment is central heated (radiators and floor-heating) and air conditioned. The photos now are out dated because of a full reconstruction of the bedrooms.
