New builded house for enjoyment next to the center of 'small Amsterdam': Utrecht. The room you are renting includes the whole upper floor of the house. There is floor heating for in the winter and the house itself is isolated to the norms of 2016. Your room is spacious where you will have a nice view on the neighborhood and the back garden. You can lock your private space with a room key. The house itself has a 145m2. There is also an additional front and back garden, where you can park your car. The supermarket is by bike 7min. There you will find a small shopping mall with all the stuff you need during your stay. The house is close to the highways to Amsterdam and the airport. You can also go in 10min by bike to the city center of Utrecht. The living room has all the facilities you need, including a beamer(110inch screen) with Netflix subscription. In the kitchen you will find f.e.: microwave, (steam)oven, dishwasher, cappuccino maker. You can use of course all the facilities and if you have something with you you want to bring is also fine. On the first floor you will find a special washingroom with a dryer and a laundry machine. In the bathroom there is a walk in shower with a toilet. If you smoke you can do that in the back garden with the specially placed ashtray. There is also a shed outside where you can place you traveling bags in during your stay. There you will find an extra bike if you need it during your stay. The house has a separate toilet and a bathroom with a toilet. These are cleaned including the floors weekly by a professional cleaner. We will make up your bed the first time and from then you are responsible for your room.
