This is a good place to stay and study in a private house in the old city center of Leiden. On a few minutes walk from the main shops and the Law Faculty. The room is fully furnished and therefore especially suitable for an international exchange student. Available for a longer period (minimal occupation period 6 months). Normal contracting period: one year. The tenancy agreement is in English and will be signed in advance. It is possible to register at the town hall. No subletting but an official contract! Kitchen, bathroom and toilet are located on the grond floor, to be shared with one other tentant who lives in the other room. Smoking in the house is not allowed. Available from 1th September 2018 but moving in earlier (August) upon request possible....
