In my cozy house in a residential green area in Almere ( 30 min from Amsterdam) I am renting out 3 guestrooms for longer stay. ( minimum stay one week) If you need a place to feel at home for work, study or apprenticeship you are more then welcome to stay with me. I prefer minimum stays from 1 month up to 1 year. One room is permanently occupied by a young man from East Germany, the other 2 rooms have different guests for different duration of time. I live downstairs and have my own bathroom. We share the kitchen and the guests upstairs have access to a large roof terrace with small (extra) kitchen. You will have your own tv in your room, WiFi is strong throughout the whole house. Supermarket and bus stop near by. Train station 13 minutes on foot and city center of Almere 20 min walking distance. Please be aware that I have a complete non smoking policy, smoking also not allowed outside on the terrace. Also I would like to get some advanced payment, as I mostly only accept long stay booking for 1 month or more....
