Hello! Since I am going on exchange next semester, my big, bright and furnished room is available for sub-rent from 15th July-15th January(dates are negotiable). It is a nice house with two other friendly housemates(one is a student and other is a research lecturer). The rent is 345 euros incl. g/w/e/wifi. There is a housecleaner twice a month(the cost is inclusive as well). The toilet, shower and kitchen are shared but you have a fridge and washbasin in the room and the room is furnished (you have a bed, closet, desk etc) . There is also a bike shed so no worries about someone taking your bike! It is 3 minutes to the station by bike, there is a Jumbo 3 mins by bike, an albert heijn 5 mins by bike and 10 mins to Randwyck faculties and 15 mins to the city centre.
