About the location: -located in the beautiful provenierswijk -5 minutes by foot to central station -2 minutes by foot to supermarket Albert Heijn and supermarket Dirk Terms: -immediate available -don’t do viewings sorry! -max 4 people -You pay €1800 per month. -its only possible to rent whole months. -1-month deposit of €1800 is required, refundable if the apartment is delivered in the exact same state. -There is a onetime cleaning fee of €80 -tenants pay a 3% administration fee over the first months total rental sum. -The rent is all inclusive g/w/e + internet. -If the tenant wants to register at city hall, keep in mind that the local municipality will charge local taxes. All residents of the city need to pay this. This means that not me, but the city hall will charge you for garbage disposal taxes and water supply. This is usually around €500 per household per year. Everybody needs to pay this, so it’s not one of my terms, I just want you to be aware of it. You only pay for the months you are actually living in the Netherlands, you can ask for a refund of the months you are not here anymore. -Registration is possible, should the tenant forget to de-register at the end of the stay, we will keep the full deposit! -Upon check in I must take copies of the passports. -A rental agreement with the company "Smoes Vastgoed" must be signed upon arrival by all tenants. -Drilling holes in the rooms of the basement is prohibited, because a concrete tub has been created to make this below ground level floor. If a hole is made, the tub can leek. The fine for drilling a hole in one of the basement (hidden) = €25.00...

Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.
- Als je nog geen abonnement hebt kun je er een kopen in slechts een paar stappen.

- Voeg je ondersteunende documenten en betalingsgegevens toe om een potentiële betaling vooraf te autoriseren.
- Als je geen vragen meer hebt en klaar bent om te boeken verstuur je een boekingsverzoek.
- Als de verhuurder je huuraanvraag accepteert, innen we de betaling om je verblijf te bevestigen. Als ze dat niet doen, annuleren we je betaling automatisch.
