I am looking for someone who can move in my student dorm from 1st August 2018. The apartment is 18 m^2 big and has all furniture in it already, including kitchen and bathroom. The student dorm opened in october 2017, so I am the first one to move in this room. From monday to friday you always have staff in the lobby being able to provide you with information or help when needed. Furthermore, the lobby is a vivid space in which you can entertain yourself easily by playing pool, dart, ping pong or PS4. The view from the terrace is stunning and you have possibilities to sit there as well. Frequent events give you the chance to meet new people easily and to connect. Besides the student dorm itself, the infrastructure is very good as well. You have lots of public means that you can use to get into the city or even airport. Either you use the S-bahn (which is only 5 min by foot), the tram (2min) or the metro U6 (7min). Ich suche nach einem Nachmieter, der zum (hidden phone number) einziehen kann. Das Zimmer liegt am Ende des Flures und ist vollmöbliert. Ausgestattet ist das Zimmer mit Küche, Bad und kleinem Esstresen. Das Studentenwohnheim ist geöffnet seit Oktober 2017 und somit war ich die Erste, die in das Zimmer eingezogen ist. In der Lobby ist von unter Woche immer jemand da und kann bei Problemen helfen und Post/Pakete entgegen nehmen. Sonst ist die Lobby mit viel Entertainment ausgestattet (Billiardtisch, Dart, Tischtennis, Kicker, PS4, etc) und es werden immer wieder regelmäßig Events gehalten. Man ist also nie alleine in dem Studentenwohnheim und es ist einfach bei den Events neue Freunde zu gewinnen. Die Anbindungen sind gut, da direkt 5 min entfernt die S-Bahn Station ist, 2 min entfernt die Straßenbahn 2 und 7 min zu Fuß entfernt die U6. Man kommt sehr einfach überallhin und auch sehr einfach zum Flughafen....
