Hey there! you can stop searching, we are the flat mates you were looking for :) We are Gabi (24) and Daniel (30), two students of architecture and business in Vienna. We both are working during the week and like to relax and do stuff on weekends. We will offer you a fully furnished room in our shared flat in the 18th district of Vienna. Therefore security and infrastructure is not an issue. Your new neighbourhood will feature one of the safest neighbourhoods in Vienna with green parks, several grocery stores around the house, and a 14 min streetcar (and subway) connection to the city centre right in front of our doorstep. The infrastructure of our flat is close to perfect (U6, 42, 9) and it takes less than 15 minutes to the inner city (Schottentor) or 30 minutes to anywhere else in Vienna. The streetcar stop is (really) in front of our doorstep. It will take you to the heart of the inner city in a couple of minutes. Within a walking distance of 4 minutes you will reach the U6 subway station "AKH - Michelbeuern". This subway station is the last one that gets closed during night-time, so you’ll always get home by subway. The newly renovated room is available for short as well as long-term rent. On top of the cosy room, we will offer you a balcony with BBQ grill and a couch to relax on, a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, a safe bike garage and a living room without TV and of course WIFI. We have quite a busy life, but have always time for a chat or drink. Your new room will be including furniture, the only thing that's missing is you!
