hey there, we are 3 fun and chilled boys - waiting for you! If you are looking for a room in a very good located area - here you are. The room is 11 m2 and has everything you need. It comes fully furnitured, with a single bed, desk + chair, 2-3 shelves and a clothes rail with folders. As well as a nice view out of bed, and very silent. (directed to the courtyard) Single bed, desk+chair, a hanging rail with folders + 3 shelves are in a very good condition( ~ 200€ ) You do not have to take all of it, so the price varies The flat is perfectly located. The area is called "Stuwerviertel" and offers a wide range of different activities and really shows, the "real" vienna. ;) Located next to the Prater, the WU and surrounded by alot of nature, like Praterallee and Donauinsel, it invites for outdoor activities, sports etc. The underground station is called "Messe-Prater", you can reach it within 2 minutes. As well as the station "Praterstern", which offers you, next to sunday shopping (which is rare in vienna) perfect traffic connections through the city. You have a lot of shops for your daily need, as well as a little market (Vorgartenmarkt) which offers delicous veggies from farmers around vienna every friday and sat, as well as a cute little coffeeshop and restaurants. You ́ll share the flat with 3 easygoing, chilled and fun boys. All of us are studying/working. In July and August 2 of us are in Berlin/America - so you can really enjoy the flat for yourself. ;) But as soon as we are back in Austria, we really like spending time togehter.
