We are a French friendly family of 4 kids (16, 13, 10 and 6) and 2 dogs letting a single room in our happy and busy family home. We are situated very close to UCD: 20 mn walk, 10 mn cycling or by bus. Very close to the 11 bus driving in 20 mn in City Centre (Trinity College) and 15mn walk from the Green Luas (Dundrum stop) and Dundrum shopping Centre. English and French are spoken in the house, so ideal for a student with an interest in languages. We can provide breakfasts, evening meals and laundry service. The room is on the first floor, very bright and clean, with a single bed, a desk, two chests of drawers and a bookcase. The bathroom is shared with some of the children of the family and on the first floor too. There is a lovely back garden. The two dogs are very friendly....
