We are searching for reliable, openminded and clean people, preferably women to make a mixed apartment, aged between 26 and 40 years. The room is totally furnished with 3 door wardrobe, dresser, writing table, bookshelf, double bed and TV socket. The flat has a huge hallway with 2 anterooms, 2 bathrooms with laundry machine and eat-in kitchen. It's very close to A metro station Porta Furba Quadraro and Numidio Quadrato (5 min. walking) and is very well connected to all sides of the city. It's served by many shops, post and bank offices, an everyday open-air market and lots of green areas, pubs and cinema. The expenses are apart and around 60€ each month including gas, centralized heatings, electricity, very fast fiber wifi (90mb/20mb), water, condominium and the building caretaker that is present all day long.
