ROOM 5A - VIA AUGUSTA ONLY BOYS *PRICE PER PERSON* Our Via Augusta apartment is of 150m2 and is at an unbeatable location. It is placed in the third floor of a building with a porter and an elevator. It has 5 student rooms, two of them are shared and it also has an amazing huge exterior terrace with armchairs to relax yourself or just sunbath. Common areas include a spacious hall and a big, lightly and exterior living room with two sofas, auxiliar tables, a flat screen TV and a big table with chairs to enjoy your meals with your flatmates. The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, beater and all utensils for cooking and eating. At the apartment there is one complete bathroom with bathtub, another one with shower and an extra toilette. There is also a big laundry room with washing machine, clothes line and an iron. This is a really big and lightly exterior student room for 2 people. It is plenty of huge exterior windows facing to our big exterior terrace. There are 2 single beds, 2 bed tables and 2 wardrobes. In the working area there are 2 desk with 2 chairs, 2 paper bins and 2 bulletin boards. There are also 2 buckets for dirty clothes to prepare your laundry. Mandatory registration fee, single pay of 250€.
