ROOM 2A - GÒTIC *PRICE PER PERSON* This is a huge exterior room with private balcony for 2 people. The apartment is quite big (around 140 m2) and it has a total amount of 6 rooms, so you will be a maximum of 7 people at the apartment. The apartment is located on the heart of Barcelona, next to the Cathedral and Les Rambles, 6 minutes walking to Plaça Catalunya and 12 minutes walking to Barceloneta Beach. The closest metro stations are Liceu (l3) and Jaume I (l4). This is the downtown of the city so you will find all services (shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc). The flat has an spacious hall, a cute living room with sofa, armchairs and a big table to share your meals with your flatmates. There is a complete equipped kitchen with fridge, toaster, microwave and all utensils for cooking and eating. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and space to dry your clothes. Finally, there are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with just a toilette. On the price everything is included: 50€/month for costs of supplies (gas, water, electricity and community expenses), internet Fiber Optic WiFi, cleaning service of the common areas once a week, cleaned sheets and towels after two weeks and maintenance service. There is a mandatory 250 € registration fee (unique payment) which includes your legal rental contract, we will also manage your "empadronamiento" document (the document that says that you are legally living in Barcelona), also includes your check in and out, the cleaning of your room after your departure, we also provide you during your complete stay with cleaning products, WC paper, kitchen paper, trash bags, etc and we will also give you our cool Welcome Pack! If you arrive: Between the 1st and the 10th day of each month, you will need to pay the complete month. Between the 11th or the 20th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the first month. The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 30€/person. If you leave: Between the 1st and the 9th day of each month, you will pay per day. The Price per night is 30€/person.
