Therefore all rooms/houses have at least the following included: -Proper insurance -Fire alarm system -400MB broadband internet / WIFI -All rooms are painted recently -All rooms have at least: bed, closet, table, chair -Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, other cleaning supplies. We do NOT charge extra for this. The mentioned price is ALL INCLUSIVE. So we do not come up with suprises or additional costs.
