I am renting two rooms for one person: one room with private balcony and one dressing that can also serve as office. The flat is to share with me only. It is very well situated at the heart of Sant Antoni borough, next to various metro lines (L1, L3 y L2). The room is furnished with desk, chair, drawer and big wardrobe (there is currently no bed).
