Beste Innenstadtlage!! Die Wohnung liegt im belgischen Viertel, einem der schönsten und angesagtesten Viertel von Köln! Sie sind umgeben von Cafes, Restaurants, Geschäften, Galerien, Theater etc. Zum wunderschönen Park mit Biergarten sind es 2 Minuten zu gehen. Bis zur Strassenbahnhaltestelle "Friesenplatz" sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ebenso zum Bahnhof "West". Das Appartement ist sehr hell, hat 2 große, bodentiefe Fenster mit französischen Balkonen und eine 3 m hohe Decke, wodurch der Raum viel größer wirkt. Alles ist gemütlich und komplett eingerichtet, die kleine Küche ist separat. Internet (WLAN) gibt es natürlich auch. Also optimale Bedingungen! Einziehen und wohlfühlen......

We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
