Hey :-) The room is in a very cenral flat (near Oktoberfest) and fully furnished. The connection to the public transport system is excellent: Bus, U-Bahn, Tram-Bahn & National/international trains are just 1 - 5 minutes away. Ein sehr großer Pluspunkt der WG ist die zentrale Lage und die perfekte Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel: ca. 1 Min zur Tram (auch Nachttram) und zum Bus, ca. 5 Min zur U-Bahn und zur S-Bahn (Stammstrecke) Weiterer Pluspunkt: Der zweitgrößte Discounter Dtlds ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt :-) Die gesamte Wohnfläche beträgt ca. 80qm mit großer Küche (mit Balkon). In der Gesamtmiete sind bereits die Kosten für DSL-Flatrate enthalten. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und da sie auf der Hofseite liegt auch ruhig!
