Description

Precious small flat perfect for a single person or for a couple! Just five minutes walking from the main attractions including Piazza Santa Croce. Close by bus /C1,C2,C3,etc) and tram stops. The flat is on the second floor and it is composed by big room with a furnished kitchen and 1 double bed with a big wardrobe and a desk and a new bathroom recently restructured. There is also wi-fi ad a washing machine. The utilities (not included) will be counted each month based on meter calculations. An estimation could be around 50 euro per month per person. The deposit is one monthly rent for rental periods longer than 3 months. For rental periods from 1 to 3 months the deposit in only 100euro. It will be given back to you if there are no damages in the flat. Final cleaning of the flat is 200euro. International students and young professionals are welcome! :)...
