Description

Small studio in the historic center perfect for a couple or two friends. The studio is on the first floor of a big palace close to all the attractions of the city such as the Duomo, Piazza della Repubblica and della Signoria, and obviously Ponte Vecchio. Just five minutes walking distance you can find the Accademia Gallery in Florence. Not facilitated for private cars but very convenient with public transport and on foot, in fact the train station Santa Maria Novella is only 10 minutes by walking distance. In the area there are bars, cafes, restaurants and many other special and famous places like Eataly. The flat is composed by a big room with a furnished kitchen, one queen size bed with a big wardrobe and a desk and a new bathroom recently restructured. There is also wi-fi ad a washing machine and a beautiful small terrace! The utilities (not included) will be counted each month based on meter calculations. An estimation could be around 50 euro per month per person. The deposit is one monthly rent for rental periods longer than 3 months. For rental periods from 1 to 3 months the deposit in only 100euro. It will be given back to you if there are no damages in the flat. Final cleaning of the flat is 200euro. International students and young professionals are welcome! :)...
