I got four one rooms student apartments in Søborg from a professional comapny, that i can rent out. I have a comission of 5000 kr for each, which is beside the deposit. You first pay my comisson when you get the contract. The deposit it given directly to the company. The apartments are new and close to DTU and 20-30 minuttes to Copenhagen City.
