Tutte le stanze da letto e l'appartamento sono completamente arredati. E' presente una lavatrice, (no forno), doppia esposizione alla luce con terrazzo lato cortile. Quinto piano (al momento senza ascensore). ATTENZIONE potete affittare anche tutto l'appartamento (potete aprire il mio profilo su HousingAnywhere per visualizzare le altre mie offerte). Affitto della stanza è di 350 euro al mese spese escluse. Le spese di: spese condominiali, acqua, rifiuti, internet, riscaldamento centralizzato ammontano circa a 100 euro a persona al mese. Di conseguenza: affitto+spese per camera uso singolo euro 450 mensili; affitto+spese per stanza uso doppia euro 275 a posto letto (a testa). Le utenze di luce e gas sono escluse e dipendono dal vostro consumo. Deposito di 900euro per una persona se affittata come singola. Se affittata come doppia, il deposito è di 550euro a persona. Il deposito verrà restituito al termine della vostra permanenza se non ci sono danni nell'appartamento. Contratto regolarmente registrato, cedolare secca (nessuna spesa di registrazione). La connessione Internet sarà attiva da settembre (10/15 euro al mese in base al numero dei coinquilini)...
