It is fully furnished and well equipped. It has one big room, an entrance with built-in shelves, a bathroom and a kitchen with comfortable dining area. The flat is bright, very quiet, facing the courtyard. It is situated on the third floor (there is no elevator). This flat is suitable for young people or for anyone who appreciates the beauty of a classical building and would like to live in a quiet apartment but still wants to reach everything easily. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
