La casa è grande, pittoresca e molto luminosa, situata in una bella corte interna, a ridosso dei viali (Porta San Mamolo), in centro storico, a 10 minuti da Piazza Maggiore. Ha cucina e soggiorno abitabili, e posto bici sotto casa. Da condividere con altra bella gente! (2 ragazze e 1 ragazzo) La stanza è grande e con possibilità di ospitare chi vi pare, di fare couchsurfing o meditazione isolata se vi va. :) Nel prezzo sono incluse già le spese condominiali e la tassa sui rifiuti. How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
