Das Zimmer ist das größte in einer großen drei Zimmer Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Bad und die große Wohnküche sind getrennt begehbar. Die Wohnung wurde erst vor einem Jahr durch einen Designer komplett neu möbliert. Das Zimmer hat einen eignen großen Balkon und ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Außerdem hat die Wohnung noch eine sehr große Küche und Bad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner WLAN Die Nachbarschaft Nähe zum Ostpark ideal für Jogger und Erholungssuchende. Absolut ruhige Lage mit genügend Parkplätzen in der Nähe. Lidl in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. U5 Quiddestraße, PEP Einkaufszentrum mit dem Bus schnell erreichbar. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
