The 3rd floor can be easily reached via an elevator. The apartment also has a large south-facing balcony, where you can relax from everyday life. A basement is at your disposal as well. LOCATION: Quiet street in a central location, shopping in the immediate vicinity / neighboring house (REWE), various restaurants and shops for daily needs available. Connection to public transport via Rennbahn (line 21) and Gerauer Straße (lines 12 and 19). These lines brings you to City of Frankfurt. 10 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station Frankfurt-Niederrad which goes to the Frankfurt Central Station within 4 minutes or the Frankfurt Airport within 14 Minutes.
