La stanza si trova in un appartamento al 1° piano (con ascensore) insieme ad una cucina, un balcone e due bagni, di cui uno sarà esclusivamente utilizzabile dai nuovi affittuari dei suddetti posti letto. L'affitto è di 250 euro a posto letto, più 50 euro per le utenze mensili; dato che io e la mia coinquilina lasciamo la casa, ci serve URGENTEMENTE qualcun altro che la occupi DAL 1 LUGLIO!!
