La casa si trova in un condominio al terzo piano con ascensore, ed è in una posizione comodissima: 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 7/8 minuti da via Zamboni, due supermercati sotto casa (Conad ed Ecu). Il prezzo è comprensivo di spese condominiali e riscaldamento centralizzato (con conguaglio a fine anno), a parte sono le utenze (luce, gas, acqua, internet e rifiuti). La casa ha la doppia in questione, una singola (occupata da una ragazza che come me a settembre inizierà la magistrale), bagno, ripostiglio e cucina (abbiamo anche un microonde). Sono presenti la cantina, la rastrelliera per la bici e il portiere all’ingresso. Cerchiamo una ragazza tranquilla, che tenga alle pulizie e sia rispettosa della camera e degli spazi comuni.
