Description

Das Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (Größe:160x200cm) und mit einem gemütlichen Schlafsofa (Größe: 140x200 cm) ausgestattet. Desweitern verfügt das Zimmer über einen Schrank, einen Schreibtisch, einer Kommode und Stuhl, alles sehr schön aufeinander abgestimmt. Selbstverständlich auch Fernseher und W-LAN. Die Küche besitzt eine Einbauküche mit Herd und Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und ist mit genug Geschirr, Gläser und allen nötigen Kochutensilien, sowie Mikrowelle und Kaffemaschine ausgestattet. In der Küche ist auch eine Waschmachine vorhanden. Die Wohnung mit Balkon liegt in München Neuhausen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu der Innenstadt. Die U-Bahn-Station "Rotkreuzpatz" ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zum Leonrodplatz, an dem mehrere Trambahnen aus in alle Richtungen der Stadt halten, gelangen Sie in wenigen Minuten. Von dort aus haben Sie eine sehr gute Anbindung in die City. Natürlich befinden sich auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in diesem schönen Stadtteil. Auch alle Geschäfte für den alltäglichen Bedarf (Supermarkt, Drogerie, Bäckerei etc.) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe - alles bequem und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar....

We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
