We are renting a room available in our design and fully furnished apartment. The apartment has beautiful finishes. All utilities, maintenance, cleaning services, super fast WiFi and more included. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The flat is located in Neukölln, one of the most vibrant and coolest area in Berlin. Very well-connected, it's right next to the U-Bahn station of Rathaus Neukölln (U7) plus other transportations (Tram, bus & S-Bahn). The borough is filled with bars, restaurants, cafe's and supermarkets. There are also plenty of green spaces & diverse cultural life. The flat will be shared with another student / young professional between 20 and 35 years old.
