We are renting a room available in our design and fully furnished apartment. The apartment has beautiful finishes. All utilities, maintenance, cleaning services and super fast WiFi and included. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and much more. The flat is located in Friedrichshain, the most vibrant and coolest area in Berlin. Very well-connected, it's right next to the U-Bahn station of Frankfurter Tor & Weberwiese (U5) plus other transportations (Tram, bus & S-Bahn). The borough is stage and home for creativity and you can find some of Berlin’s most interesting museums, plenty of green spaces & diverse cultural life. When it comes to club culture, Friedrichshain is now out in front – world-famous techno club Berghain is just around the corner. Plus, the area is full with bars, restaurants and all kind of amenities (supermarkets, gyms, etc.) The flat will be shared with another student / young professional between 20 and 35 years old. Very nice environment and good vibes.
