L'appartamento si trova all'interno di una Residenza Universitaria, sita in zona strategica bene servita dai mezzi pubblici che permette di raggiungere le principali sedi universitarie e il centro città in breve tempo. La camera è completamente arredata per due persone con letti, armadi, scrivanie, comodini e viene consegnata pulita. Nel prezzo proposto sono comprese tutte le spese, anche le utenze di luce, gas, internet e tassa dei rifiuti. I prezzi potrebbero variare a seconda del periodo di permanenza. Le tariffe comprendono anche il servizio di portineria e video-sorveglianza, l'utilizzo di internet wi-fi e l'accesso alla lavanderia comune. Vi è inoltre la possibilità di parcheggiare le bici all'interno della struttura. E' richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 500€, la quota unatantum di 200€ e la pratica contrattuale di 130€. Si precisa che la cauzione e la quota servizi sono da versare al momento della prenotazione....

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
