It can be easily reached by a short walk from Santa Maria Novella railway station. The apartment is carefully furnished with all comfort . It is ideal for 2 people but it can hold up to 5 people. It is on the first floor (no lift but only 20 confortable steps) ; It is composed by a small entry, a comfortable big living room with lounge area and kitchen / lunch area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Bedroom: king size bed (or 2 individual beds), air conditioning. Living room: a comfortable double sofa bed and an extra single bed, table with chairs, flat screen TV 40” with Netflix, air conditioning; kitchen area fully equipped (with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, kitchen tools, corkscrew), fridge, gaz stove , electric kettle, microwaves, toaster, coffee-maker). Bathroom with windows: shower, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, iron board, drying rack. The apartment is equipped with individual gaz heating, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, WIFI /cable unlimited Internet connection....
