DESCRIPTION This room is located in Enschede in a quite area. And is 20 sqm. You will live together with 3 other students. It is possible to register at this Contracts. We have contracts for one year. Due to the fact of hygiene we do not put matrass on the bed. You can get a Matrass at Ikea from €29 to 50 euros. It Does not have to be expensive., You can also get a bed clothes there for a student price. The bedroom is equipped with bed, wardrobe, table, Chair and some with roller blinds. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with other tenants. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Saxion University and the center of Enschede are located approximately 5 minutes by bike. The University of Twente is about 10 minutes by bike. All rooms/houses have at least the following included: - Proper insurance - Fire alarm system - 400MB broadband internet / WIFI - All rooms are painted recently - All rooms have at least: bed, closet, table, chair - Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, other cleaning supplies. We do NOT charge extra for this. The mentioned price is ALL INCLUSIVE. So we do not come up with suprises or additional cost...
