La maison vient d'être entièrement rénovée. Elle se situe à seulement 3 minutes du métro et de 2 stations Vélille, à 5 minutes de la gare Lille Europe et à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville. Proche de tous les commerces (supérette, lavomatic, restaurants, traiteurs, boucherie, boulangerie, pharmacie, banques,...) et des Axes routiers. Vous disposerez également d'espaces communs qui vous seront dédiés, tels qu'une cuisine aménagée, de 3 salles de bains et de 2 toilettes. Notre maison est Sécurisée et au calme, propice pour étudier sereinement. Parents, pour votre information, nous habitons sur place et seront attentifs à la qualité de vie au sein de la maison. You will also have common areas that will be dedicated to you, such as a kitchen, bathrooms and toilets. Our house is secure and quiet, conducive to study serenely.
