The rest of the apartment is currently unfurnished, but all necessary furnishes will be provided upon agreement (beds, sofa, chairs, linens etc). Additional rooms with separate entrances can also be created in the apartment (up to 5). That requires a minimum of 9 months contract and a EUR 1,200 as a monthly rent....
