The flat is in the centre, lots of buses available, it has been completely redone recently. The room has a sigle super comfy bed, furbished, it has plenty of light from dawn till dusk. Common spaces: the bathroom, kitchen and living area. Can be rented for short periods too. Intended for scholarship holders and researchers, or young women and men doing a stage. No pets. Price 350 euro, comprises all expenses: condominium, waste tax, TV tax, internet wi-fi, running water, electricity and gas. The apartment has all the kitcheneware you might desire (oven, microwave, mixer and other appliances) shower, washing machine, internet key and tv. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
