The rent is regulated by a regular contract registered with the revenue agency. The room is in a apartment of 100 square meters, 3 minutes by feet from central station of Trieste and 15 minutes by feets from Piazza Unità d'Italia. In the apartment can reside from 4 to 6 tenants at the same time, is bright and in a quite position far from urban traffic.
