Shops entertainment places, libraries, restaurants supermakets, buses metro, are down the corner. You reach city centre on foot. In the monthly rent of 450 are included: condominium fee, garbage, heater, water taxes. IT is not included elettricity, gas and internet (around 25euro per month). Contract period: i can accept booking request only until 31of august, not before. For 6months of rent i ask only one monthly rent as deposit, for longer period 2 montly rent as deposit....
