There are two girls living in the apartment who attend the university. The house is close to the center and the faculties of ECONOMY, AGRICULTURAL, VETERINARY, POLO PIAGGE. Just one monthly rent as deposit, the utilities are excluded but modest (about 30 euros per month) because i paid rubbish tax and condominium fee.
