SEARCHING FOR A PERSON CAN TAKE IT FROM THAT PERIOD. - In a nice apartament, in a quiete and beautiful residential zone, with big kitchen, big bathroom and bath tub, TV, DVD, washing machine, internet connection. VERY CUTE SINGLE room, bright and really quite having the window giving on an internal garden, available for €400 for girls. The room is just freshly recoloured. The price includes ALL THE UTILITIES (heating, light, water, comdominium speses, fast internet connection with wi-fi). The room is fully furnished. Just 13 minutes walking from the Duomo, well linked for buses and many services close the flat (markets, shops, bars, bank, gym, swimming pool, park). We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
