Hello dear students, We want to offer you a nice place to stay (FOR ONE PERSON) during your studies in Barcelona. The apartment has a great location in Avenida Gaudi in a nice building with elevator and caretaker and has 85 mq, 4 bedrooms, a toilet, kitchen, living room with a beautiful balcony with view to the Avenida Gaudi and Sagrada Familia Church. The closest metro station is Sagrada Familia, (blue line and lila metro line; 200 mt from the apartment). Supermarket, public bike, shops and find everything you need very close. This is a nice apartment with four rooms and is fully furnished with all the things that you need during your studies in Barcelona. The common areas include an exterior living room with sofas, auxiliary tables, lamps, flat screen tv, and table with chairs to enjoy your meals with your flat mates. There is a complete equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, and all utensils for cooking and eating. You will share a furnished living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen with others international students. The bedroom (ROOM 4) that we offer is for ONE PERSON ans is completely private with key lock and furnished with everything you could need and equipped with: bed, pillow, lamps, wardrobe, bedside table, fan heater, a desk, chair, shelf, mirror, trash can, curtains and bed sheets . This room is overlooking to the pedestrian Avenida Gaudi. On the price all the services are included: bills (gas, water, electricity), community expenses, home insurance, internet WiFi, personal assistance during all your stay, repair and maintenance service and of course unlimited use of all appliances in the apartment like washing machine, iron, fridge etc. We do contract with possibility to register. In addition to the first month's rent we request 560€ of bond, (to be return at the end of the stay) plus 80€ of final cleaning and contract (not refundable).
