Rent a totally independent studio in a very well located and historic neighborhood in Lisbon. The 27 m2 studio has a private kitchen, bathroom and toilet. It is in a totally separate building from the main house which offers ABSOLUTE PRIVACY. You also have access to the beautiful garden and swimming pool. Location: “Bairro de Caselas” is a very quiet and safe neighborhood, 5 minutes driving to downtown Lisbon (taking the bus it is 15 min). Also it is very close to the river and to the most beautiful area of Lisbon -Belém. Transport links: Carris Buses: 714, 723, 727 and 732 Also close to a trainstation that takes you to the famous beaches near Lisbon (just half an hour by train). But with a swimming pool, you will have your own beach! Conditions Please note that the duration of the contract is always (hidden phone number) semester, 2 semester or entire academic year). 5 months for the 1st semester - from 1st September to 31st January: 600€ per month 6-7 months for the 2nd semester - from 1st February to 31st July or August: 600€ per month 11-12 months for the full academic year - from 1st September to 31st July or August: 600€ per month Right after your booking on Housing Anywhere, you will be required to pay the deposit (equals one month rent) as well as an additional month rent . At the end of your stay, the deposit will be refunded to you except in case of dammages in the room....
