Bonjour, Je loue une chambre dans un appartement de 85 mètres carrés au sein d'une très belle et très grande résidence, Le Méditerranée. Grand jardin, conciergerie, gardiens assermentés, jardiniers, personnel d'entretien... Elle se situe à 5 minutes de la place Castellane, donc proche de toutes commodités, métros, bus, restaurants, bar, etc... L'appartement se compose de 2 chambres, une cuisine, une petite salle à manger, un séjour, une salle de bain, un grand vestiaire, des WC. L'appartement est très bien meublé. La chambre a un grand balcon côté EST (soleil jusqu'à 14h) qui donne sur le jardin. Elle est donc silencieuse et ensoleillée. Le loyer est de 450€ par mois tout compris: TV, Internet, eau chaude, chauffage, EDF ainsi que les taxes. Le linge est fourni, lavé, repassé, et le ménage est fait.
