There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron, vaccum cleaner and a clothes horse. There are 2 complete bathrooms one with shower and the other one with bathtub. This is big and exterior student room for two people. It has 2 single beds, 2 bed tables and 2 bed table lamps. There is a huge built in closet divided into two parts with hangers and 2 buckets for dirty clothes. On the working area there are 2 desks and 2 chairs, 2 desk lamps, 2 paper baskets and 2 bulletin boards. The room has a big exterior window with clothes line. Registration fee mandatory, single pay of 250€. Services included in the price: Your own furnished room and the use of all furnished & equipped common areas, Cleaning sheets and towels every 2 weeks, 50€/month for costs of supplies: water, electricity, gas, home insurance and community expenses, Unlimited use of internet WiFi, Cleaning service of the common areas once a week, Cleaning of the sheets and towels every two weeks, Unlimited use of all appliances in the apartment like washing machine, iron, fridge, Personal assistance during all your stay, 24h Emergency phone, Repair and Maintenance service.
