Tenemos una Habitación Doble para alquilar en el barrio del Born (Santa Caterina) a partir del 1 de Agosto, en un piso amueblado, reformado y equipado con todo lo necesario, Wifi, lavadora, microondas, y todo lo necesario. (Al lado del Metro de Urquinaona, Palau de la Música, Via Laietana, la Catedral, Museo Picasso y Parc de la Ciutadella). Muy bonita Habitación. El piso es muy luminoso durante el día. El alquiler es de 440€ (gastos incluidos: Internet/Teléfono/Luz/Gas/Agua) (Pedimos solo 1 mes de deposito) Muchas Gracias! Alejandro / Pier Hi everybody! We have a Nice Double Room to rent in Born (Santa Caterina) as of 1st august, in a furnished, renovated and well-equipped huge apartment with Internet Wi-fi, washing machine, micro wave and all you may need. How rent is calculated

Daily basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
