Hi everybody!!! We will have a Nice Double Room for rent in Born (Carrer de Montcada) as of august 1st in a furnished and well-equipped and luminous apartment with Wifi, cable TV, telephone, washing machine, etc... (Right next to PIcasso Museum, Passeig del Born, Santa María del Mar, Ciutadella Park & Jaume I tube station). Nice room with window so it's very luminous during the day. The rent is 390€ (Bills inc.) (We just ask 1 month as deposit) Thanks a lot! Alejandro & Diego Hola a todos!!! Tenemos una Habitación Doble para alquilar en el barrio del Born (Carrer de Montcada) a partir del 1 de Agosto, a metros del Museo Picasso, en un piso amueblado y equipado con todo lo necesario, Wifi, etc. (Al lado del Museo PIcasso, Metro Jaume I, Via Laietana, Park de la Ciutadella, entre otros). La habitación estará disponible a partir del 1 de octubre. El alquiler es de 390€ (gastos incluidos: Internet / Teléfono / Luz / Agua) (Pedimos solo 1 mes de deposito) Muchas Gracias! How rent is calculated

Daily basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
