The apartment has: - kitchen - bathroom - dining room - pantry - balcony - parking space - storage room Building has been renovated at the end of summer 2017 (isolation on the walls, new windows and roof) which means that the heating costs in the winter are lower than in the most of the other apartments you can rent. 50 meters from the apartment you can find the bus stop (LPP) and the bike station where you can rent a bike for 3 EUR per year (Bicikelj), grocery store, marketplace, pharmacy, bank, theatre... The apartment is also close to the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Sport and the city center....
