It's located in the Cité building 11th floor. You have your own entrance, kitchen and bathroom, so no roommates. It will be available for rent between the 1st of October 2016 till the end of February 2017. (possiblity 1-2 month(s) extension when possible) Registration is not possible. The neighborhood is very safe, it's near the Erasmusbrug. The total surface of living is 27 M2, this includes the entrance, bathroom, and livingroom. This studio includes: - Bed, matress - sleeping couch - Big closet - Vacuum cleaner - Sound system - table - side table - cooking equipment - refrigerator - Combi steam (oven + micro-wave + steamer) This building has also a Miele Laudrette where you can wash your clothes and a fitness centrum that is open for 24/7. I'm looking for someone who is very clean, tidy and a non-smoker. Registration is unfortunately not possible. Enough space for you bicycle, scooter and motorcycle in a secured parking lot. Free parking is available in the Noordereiland (1km walking) Room is recently re-designed, pictures will follow....
