Al ser zona céntrica está perfectamente comunicado por todo tipo de medios de transporte, se encuentra al lado de la estación de metro de Diagonal (L3 Verde, FGC) y Verdaguer (L4 Amarilla, L5 Azul). La habitación es individual interior y dispone de cama, escritorio, armario y todo lo necesario para entrar a vivir. La residencia cuenta con un gran comedor con terraza, una gran cocina con nevera, congelador, microondas, tostadora, lavadora, lavaplatos, cafetera, exprimidor, horno... una sala de estar cómoda, 8 baños y 16 habitaciones de distinta clase y tamaño para satisfacer las preferencias de cualquier cliente. Incluye servicio de limpieza de habitación, plancha y lavandería y desayuno de Lunes a Viernes. Agua, luz, gas y Wifi incluidos en el precio. ¡Ven a vivir a nuestra residencia! Te esperamos. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
