A solo 5 Min. del apartamento esta el Parque Grande y Verde de Madrid con el nombre "Casa de Campo", en el cual se encuentra el parque de Atracciones, Zoológico y el Teleférico de Madrid. Estamos muy cerca del Centro Comercial Príncipe pió y Aluche. También muy accesible y cerca de muchas Universidades como por ejemplo (complutense, rey juan carlos, europea y muchos más) aquí en Madrid. Con buena comunicación Publica. Solo a 2 Minutos andando hasta la Estación del Metro Campamento y de las Estaciones de Autobuses Urbanos e Interurbanos. El Apartamento esta completamente equipado y con derecho a utilizar (Comedor, Salón con Tv y DVD, Cocina con todo sus complementos, la Terraza y el baño). También tenemos Impresora para compartido en casa. NO esta permitido a Fumar!!! Internet y Gastos como Agua-Luz-Gas esta Incluido en el precio !!! Los gastos de calefacción no están incluido lo que son aproximadamente 15 a 20€ cada mes Este gasto de calefacción solo se cobra en los meses de frió cual aproximadamente son desde Diciembre hasta Febrero. Ofrecemos el servicio de recogida del aeropuerto que tiene un costa de 20€. Tambien ayudamos con todo los trámites del bono transporte y otros trámites necesario. Ambiente muy Tranquilo.
